On board small refrigerator, for cold storing things like milk and Butter Mochi!
On board water system for both clean and waste water. An electric water pump gives us a functioning faucet.
On board battery power system. This powers the water pump and pedal assist for our Seattle Hills!
In addition, we will add a battery to fit in the storage compartment to power the equipment, like the milk steamer for the signature Foggy Tea latte experience.
We have served over 16,000 customers and hand steeped over 200 lbs of loose leaf tea.
